America is a high school student in California with a passion for sustainable fashion. She advocates for the idea of sustainability and the Green strategy, as she says they are "important things we should take into account the next time we go on a shopping spree." America also believes that "it's important to be educated", and she asks "people to [do their] research, as all of our decisions will be taken into account in the long run." With America's love for fashion she hopes to one day be part of the industry.

TB: How does fashion allow you to express yourself?

A: I love expressing my emotions with my clothes. Being able to wear what I want enables me to gain confidence through my clothes, because I am almost, in a way, going past the norms of what society believes I should wear.

TB: How would you describe your fashion sense?

A: I would describe my fashion sense as spontaneous. I don't really have a specific style when it comes to my outfits; I can be super girly one day and wear all black the next.

TB: What inspires you and your fashion sense?

A: Most of my inspiration stems from [the fashion of the] late 90's to the early 2000s. I also like to dabble in some trends in our generation, but I aIso like the "model off duty" look too. If I were to list some people I get inspired from they would be Kendal Jenner, Ángel Moret, Madison Beer, Alexa Demie, and Niki Demar.

TB: Where do you like to shop?

A: I like to shop at H&M, Urban Outfitters, Reformation, PacSun, and best for last I love to thrift.
